Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Plant care guidance is provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for plant health issues after delivery due to environmental conditions or improper care.
Your use of third-party services such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign In is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
You agree that legal actions shall be filed in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
